Owner biography
Cuckfield Property Services was set-up by myself, Richard, and, with over 20 years’ experience in the building industry, there is very little that I haven’t encountered. I personally undertake the majority of the work for Cuckfield Property Services, ensuring hands-on attention to every detail.
For larger projects, I collaborate with trusted specialists such as plasterers, electricians, and plumbers to deliver comprehensive results.
I manage all projects from start to finish and remain your single point of contact throughout. My approach is rooted in providing a reliable, transparent and genuine service, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with my clients. I am committed to delivering the highest standards and continually strive to be the best I possibly can.
I live in Cuckfield with my wife and four children which keeps life busy! I love to keep fit, go on walks, paddle board, cook on the BBQ and have a good work-life balance where possible.

Richard completed a total refurbishment of our newly purchased house on two floors. This included painting, decorating all walls, ceilings, woodwork, new hard floors, door handles, electrical switches and bathroom upgrades. Rich was on site for 08:00 am and didn’t leave until 18:30pm. He worked tirelessly and the quality of workmanship was brilliant. He was polite and professional plus he liaised with my neighbour as the work involved access to our shared driveway.
We expected a little bit of mess from the trench but Rich didn’t leave until it was spotless.
